NZ Time

Daylight Saving in New Zealand starts one week earlier (2am on the 30th September 2007) and ends two weeks later (3am on 6th April 2008).

That's got the potential to play havoc with computers. From Microsoft:
With respect to Microsoft software there are more than 40 different versions of our products that will be affected by these changes, and unless certain product updates are applied in a specific order the time zone settings for a computer's system clock and any calendaring and scheduling applications may be incorrect during the three-week extension period. It is also worth remembering that these changes not only affect server products but also include a wide variety of desktop software and mobile devices - if this change is not treated with care there is a lot of scope for disruption.

It's also rumoured that the tax office want to charge penalty interest by the hour to take advantage of the extra time.
