Friday night free for all

Starting early this week, due to tomorrow being a public holiday, a religious holiday and the remembrance (in the Latin calendar) of Our Lord's death at the hands of man.

  1. Hi Lucyna and Zen. We're off to try and get a nap before night shift, but before we go:
Wishing you all a very happy and peaceful Easter.
    :-)

  2. Good evening everyone.
    Not too much peace please.
I have had enough of that all week.
We want fun and excitement this holiday.
    A Happy Easter!

So no blogging tomorrow, or a restricted service?

  4. Hi KG and FFM!

Thanks for the good wishes, KG.

FFM, blogging will depend on what we do tomorrow. As it is a holiday, and most of the bloggers here have families, it may be that tomorrow may be very quiet. Or not.

  5. I like the idea of starting the Friday night free for all on a Thursday. Brilliant.

  6. And a full moon tonight!

Should be a fun one in the Masterton ED!

  7. I hope people behave themselves KG.
Yes, Good Friday is a time for families.
Mine are in the UK, but I will ring them sometime this weekend.
Of course, it maybe so quiet there is nothing to do but blog.
But I think I will probably head down to Auckland for a couple of days.
The city might me nice when it is quiet.
It seems many Jafas are coming this way.

  8. Hi Oswald!

FFM, are you still at BB's place?

I'm currently wondering if it's worth trying to head south into Wellington to visit relatives. Getting stuck in all the northern traffic on the way home tomorrow night wouldn't be fun, though.

I wonder if the exodus north will last that long ...

    Hmmm, probably.

I wish we had decent motorways where traffic density due to one lane highways wouldn't turn what should be a 40 minute journey into a nightmare instead.

  9. Thursdays the lane goes north, Friday's goes south. What more do you expect from a one lane highway?
